Trap Yoga

Trap Yoga is a Vinyasa-style experience laced and dipped with trap music! This class is beginner to intermediate friendly. It's designed to be creative, liberating, empowering, and LIT AF! Trap yoga bridges the gap between self-care and cultural relevance for anyone who feel they don't fit into the typical yoga experience. In this class you'll experience an energetic 50-minute yoga set wrapped in 5-minutes of meditation before and after! The trap is going up and you don't want to miss the wave!
