About the Event
MixxedFit® is a people-inspired dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and boot camp toning.. We dance to our favorite songs on the radio that we would dance to at a nightclub. Your instructor Stephanie is energetic, motivating and most of all relateable. This is a fitness class you won't soon forget!
Before you attend a MixxedFit class may help to keep the following in mind:
Make sure you wear comfortable workout clothes, such as leggings, workout pants, or shorts
Wear appropriate footwear. Do NOT wear sandals, flip flops, ballet shoes, hiking boots, or running shoes
Bring Water
Do NOT wear jeans or other restrictive clothing
