MixxedFit Demo

 MixxedFit® is a people-inspired dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and boot camp toning.. We dance to our favorite songs on the radio that we would dance to at a nightclub. Your instructor Stephanie is energetic, motivating and most of all relateable. This is a fitness class you won't soon forget! 

Before you attend a MixxedFit class may help to keep the following in mind:

• Make sure you wear comfortable workout clothes, such as leggings, workout pants, or shorts
• Wear appropriate footwear. Do NOT wear sandals, flip flops, ballet shoes, hiking boots, or running shoes
• Bring Water
• Do NOT wear jeans or other restrictive clothing
• Bring a towel (optional)
