Chair One Fitness at Valley Healthcare's Community Block Party

Join ThiqFitness and Valley Healthcare System for a morning of movement, wellness, and community at the Community Block Party! Stephanie will lead a FREE Chair One Fitness class that is fun, energizing, and designed for every age, every fitness level, and every starting point.

This special class will replace our regularly scheduled F.U.N. Fitness session at Victory Mission for the week, giving our community the opportunity to come together in a new setting to celebrate healthy living.

Registration is for the Chair One Fitness class only and helps us ensure we have enough chairs available for everyone who wants to participate. After class, stay and enjoy all the Block Party has to offer, including live music, food, games, activities for kids, free youth sports physicals, dental and vision screenings, and more.
